How long will my order take?
Our usual lead time is 1–2 weeks, but this varies depending on how busy the workshop is. Please call to check the current lead time before ordering.
Where do you deliver, and is delivery free?
Free delivery is available within the TR7 postcode area only. For delivery outside TR7, please contact us to discuss availability and charges.
Can you make a different size or a bespoke design?
Yes. We make products to order and welcome bespoke enquiries. Send your approximate dimensions, how you plan to use the piece, and any ideas or sketches. We’ll discuss the specification and provide a quotation.
Which stain colours can I choose?
Our stain options are Golden Oak, Dark Oak, Charcoal, Dark Green, Sage, Slate Grey. Unstained is also available. Colour swatches on the website are approximate; the appearance varies with the timber. Ask us about a suitable finish for your product.
How do I place an order?
Start with the website enquiry form, a phone call or a WhatsApp message. We’ll discuss your requirements and confirm the specification, final price, lead time and delivery arrangements before you commit. The website does not take payments or place a paid order.
Can I send photos or sketches?
Yes. Attach up to 3 JPG, PNG or WebP images to the enquiry form (1 MB each, 3 MB total). Photographs of sketches are welcome. You can also send images through our WhatsApp contact button.
Do you make furniture for businesses?
Yes. We welcome commercial and bulk orders for pubs, cafés, holiday parks, schools, nurseries and other outdoor spaces. Bulk discounts can be negotiated for commercial orders.
What timber do you use?
We use tanalised, pressure-treated timber and substantial sections for robust construction designed for long service. Timber dimensions and the specification can be discussed for your project. Service life depends on design, location and care.
Can I visit the workshop?
